With free WiFi and aircon, as well as a TV that can connect to phones and laptops, it was jaw-droppingly convenient. The clean rooms and friendly staff made for a mind-blowing stay. The pool and surrounding area were super well-maintained. The numerous nearby dining options, large mall, and 24/7 supermarket were also a plus.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the convenient location of One Palm Tree Villas. Being opposite Terminal 3 made our travel arrangements so much easier. The surrounding area of Newport City was also fantastic, with plenty of food options and amenities. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to assist us with an adapter and helping us pay the taxi driver. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a basic kitchen, and the pool was a great addition.

The area around the hotel, Newport City, is clean, safe, and offers a wide range of food options. We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient, as it was very close to the airport. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the swimming pool and spacious apartments. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. The staff provided great customer service and were very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at One Palm Tree Villas! the customer service provided by Ms. Delia was exceptional. the apartments were incredibly spacious and even had sofa beds in all the rooms. We had easy access to the swimming pool and felt very secure in the location. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and being so close to terminal 3 was very convenient. the shower and toilet facilities were great, with shampoo and shower gel provided. the air conditioning worked perfectly and we loved having balconies in both apartments. We would definitely choose to stay at this place again. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.

The proximity to the airport was a huge plus. It was so convenient to walk to the terminal or take a quick Grab ride for a very affordable price. the swimming pool was fantastic, clean and refreshing. And having a 24/7 supermarket nearby was a lifesaver for any last-minute needs.

The lack of a main reception was a bit confusing. It would have been better if there was a centralized check-in area instead of separate clusters with their own mini reception.
